Student Art
When the weather is nice, I like to take walks during my lunch break at work. Since I work at FSU, which has a beautiful campus, there are always interesting things to check out. I found this hanging from a large oak tree branch in front of my building. I'm pretty sure it is a student art project, since the end of the semester in rapidly approaching. I thought it was interesting enough to post a blog picture. Notice the two metal butterflies tangled in the moss above it.

Ah, the academic life! Sure makes for interesting lunch breaks!
Creative!
You know...I'm envious about your job, looks like so interesting and you work in such a beautiful place, I mean this university!

Nolls are nuts! Heh, heh. I don't believe that but I've heard such talk in Gainesville. Don't know why, really! ;-)
Nah, just kidding.
But this "art" is kooky cool. Looks like a nest for Big Bird!
At first glance I thought you had done some photoshopping! Now I see it is Reality and Art. Wow. Someone did a lot of hard work on that very interesting piece!
How beautiful--it looks like one of Clytie's trash art pieces. VERY creative!
Looks like a mushroom...I like it!
It has a very unique design. Whoever made it certainly was creative. Now everyone can enjoy like you did, Lois.
Creative, funny and original. What can they ask more from a project?
An interesting piece of art, for sure!
I like to see things like this. I like Spanish moss too and other things Gone With the Wind style. LOL I really liked that movie.
This was a rewarding walk for you! Very interesting --- and ... it gets my imagination going!
uh...were they sober when they did this?
I really like it when schools display their student's artwork. Especially like this, outside where many can enjoy it.
Wow, nice place to take walks. Cool project, love the moss in the trees also.
Darryl and Ruth : )
Interesting and unusual, I guess you never know what you'll see on campus.
That is quite unique for sure.
Sunny :)
I like it! Very creative.
