Camera Critters
What are you looking at? This male house finch has been a frequent visitor to my feeder lately. The female has been around too, but I think they may have a nest nearby so they usually don't show up at the same time. To see more cute critters from around the world, stop by Camera Critters.

I have tons of house finches in my area. But I'm always happy to see them at my feeder. I've had a few new guests lately as well - including a really beautiful blue grosbeak. He's sort of camera shy though!
Ah...
Great shot, Lois!
Chirp, chirp, little birdie! Cute camera critter!
Please bring us back to Calvin's coffee house for a cup of coffee and a treat through your camera lens!
Excellent, Lois! What a cute little bird. And this must be the bird feeder that denies the rascally little squirrels access, right?
Aww, the little bird is peaking at you! Great photo :D
He is beautiful! And the look on his face is precious.
hee hee
He seems to be saying You lookin' at me?!
You and Julie have similar photos today, except she has a bird perched on a cactus bud in the backyard in Scottsdale.
That birdie looks so pretty and tasty, er, I mean cute. I love how she's looking right at you. Great capture!
brilliant capture!
Wish I could have a feeder too, but it will probably attract only pigeons... nice shot!
You are so lucky to have these beautiful visitors to watch and photograph, Lois. I know it makes you extremely happy.
I always like this kind of candid pictures of birds. It is so difficult to get them here, not many different species around: pigeons and seagulls scare away most of the others!
he's cute, nice shot :) I love the house finch songs for some reason..
How pretty! He's looking right at you!
wow..this is a beautiful shot!! I simply love this one:)
