Watery Wednesday
This pond sits behind my daughter's house and is only visible in the winter when the leaves fall off the trees. I took this picture just as the sun was going down. Click on the picture to enlarge it and you will see reflections in the water. Please visit Watery Wednesday to see more beautiful watery pictures from around the world.

Both you and your daughter live in a rural setting. How lovely.
A pretty hidden pond. I like the various colors in your picture.
Sunny :)
hello..greetings unto u...
That makes a nice treat to see in winter months. We also have a "hidden" pond behind our house, but the pine trees have grown so that it's barely visible now even in winter.
Must be a nice place if she has her own private pond. Hope you are staying warm!
A very impressive backyard view.
Beautiful photo!
Nice shot! I'm sure it is a nice place to lives in.
Come on, Lois, where's the ice rink? I KNOW if it's 31 here this AM you must have be FREEZING.
I'm beginning to hate Florida's weather forecast. Can't you DO something up there in our state capital. (My Pekingese is growing a second fur coat. I may even borrow it.)
A peek-a-boo winter pond, how fun!
Very nice view to have!
Know it well!! Wonder are there snakes and gators in there?
I like the view in winter with the pond, but I guess it's beautiful even when the trees have leaves.
Great vantage to capture this photography Lois. Perfect CinemaScope too!
