This is what the sky looked like through my windshield as I drove home from work yesterday afternoon around 5pm. It's looked like this for most of the last week around here. I'm ready for some sunshine!

I agree with Sylvia K. We've seen that exact sky here too many times not to recognize it. We'll say a sunshine prayer for you Lois.

Hasn't felt much like the 'Sunshine State' lately...I too am ready for some sun as are my flower/veggie gardens!
Hate to say this Lois, but it hasn't rained here in a month. Can't seem to get enough of the blue skies. Have a great weekend.
My drive home was strange. It wasn't raining where I work (south of Jackson) but it had obviously poured where I live (north of Jackson). The streets around my home had around 6 inches of water or more. I was worried I wouldn't make it!
And I think there's more rain in the forecast for this weekend. :(

Sunshine? What is that? I'm pretty sure the sky used to be blue, too, but I haven't seen it in a long time. :(
