Crane
No, it's not a bird, which would be much more fun to look at. We are getting a new roof on the building where I work and unfortunately this crane will be parked out front for most of the summer. Maybe a crane will land on it.
I love your sense of humor, Lois. Its a nice way for me to start my day, thanks. I hope a crane dose fly in and land on it, what a great photo op it would be :D Have a wonderful day...
I can empathize with you. I'm having our office renovated again after only one year (didn't have enough budget last year for everything that we wanted to do). No crane, but I am definitely not looking forward to it!
That is one big crane all right! Coincidentily, your crane joke can be translated into Italian where the machine and the bird have the same name as well!

Is your house a big house like a big apartment house? That would explain the big crane.
Crane yes, vulture no.

Actually this is the building I work in. I must have been really tired when I posted! I've changed the wording a little bit.
Tell those folks it's way too hot to work on a roof during the summer and to come back over Xmas break...
Tell them also, that if you hurt yourself craning (pun intended) your neck to see what's going on, you'll then have to see a lawyer.
If none of that works, go back inside, hunker down at your desk, jump on your computer and go to City Daily Photo and look at all the great blogs!
Nice view! Just caught up on your posts. Lovely daylily, cut sign and what great scenery for a wedding....I have a new blog address.
A crane upon a crane? Quite possible!

Cool pic! I LOVE to watch big machinery--I have no idea why, except to see the muscle of steel and wire moving is fascinating to me.
Wonderful post.
Funny idea...They could find another place to parking!
Great post Lois!

I hope they aren't too loud with that crane ... though I'm with Beth in loving to watch big machinery at work.

So we can look forward to a few crane pics then - caught right they offer some unusual possibilities.
That's a good sized piece of equipment. We'll be looking forward to updates you know. :)
